  • Each RTT session lasts around 90 minutes—and you’ll remain aware and in control the entire time. Here’s what to expect:

    Uncover your origin story: In a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, we’ll explore the origin stories behind your patterns. This is your aha moment—as we connect the dots between your current struggles and the subconscious beliefs formed long ago.

    Discard unwanted beliefs: Once we uncover the root cause, the transformation begins—dismantling the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and releasing the invisible weight you’ve been carrying.

You won’t be asleep, and you definitely can’t be made to say or do anything you don’t want to. It’s safe, empowering, and all about working with your mind, not against it.

    We’ll uncover the root cause of your issue by revisiting scenes from your past—but don’t worry, you’re not reliving anything. You’re gaining clarity on how those moments created the beliefs that may be holding you back. If something feels too personal, you’re always welcome to share just the emotion—not the details. This is your transformation, and it moves at your pace.

    And if life happens during the session—a doorbell rings, nature calls, or the internet drops—we simply pause and pick up right where we left off. And if, by chance, the session ends while you’re still in hypnosis, you’ll just wake up naturally—like from a peaceful nap.

  • The effects of RTT can be long-lasting or even permanent, as it works at the root cause of issues. However, individual results may vary, and reinforcing new beliefs through listening to personalized recordings is recommended.

How to Book An Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Session

  • I conduct my Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) sessions both online via Google Meet and in person at a private therapy room in Zurich, Switzerland. When you book the session, you can choose which you prefer.

    RTT hypnotherapy sessions are just as effective online as in-person. It allows the clients to be in the comfort and privacy of their own space, and save travel time.

  • An RTT session with me costs USD 400.

  • Yes, I offer a discount if your book 3 RTT sessions at once. You need to redeem the session within 1 year and can choose to use these sessions for the same or different issues.

  • Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

    You can pay via: Credit card, Debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What Happens During an RTT Session?

  • Not at all. Hypnosis is not about losing control—it’s about gaining insight. You’ll remain fully aware of what’s happening during the session and will remember everything we discuss. Think of it like being in a meditative or deeply relaxed state: your mind is clear and focused, but you’re still in charge.

    It’s important to know that I can’t make you do or say anything you don’t want to. Hypnosis in RTT is a collaborative process where you’re always in control, working with me to create the changes you want.

  • Absolutely! Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that you’ve likely experienced without even realizing it. For example, have you ever driven somewhere familiar and suddenly realized you don’t remember part of the journey? That’s a “hypnosis-like” state where your mind goes on autopilot. Or perhaps you’ve been so immersed in a song that it feels like time stops, and you’re fully absorbed in the music—that’s another example.

    You don’t need any prior experience to benefit from RTT. During our session, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your conscious mind quiets down, and your subconscious becomes more open and accessible. You’ll remain fully aware and in control, and together, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of your challenges and create powerful, lasting changes. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to engage.

  • If the session is interrupted—for example, by a phone call or a knock at the door—don’t worry. You won’t be “stuck” in hypnosis. You’ll naturally return to full awareness the moment your attention shifts. Whether our session is online or in person, I’ll ensure the session is conducted in a quiet, private space to minimize interruptions.

    If an interruption does happen, we can simply pick up where we left off without losing progress. Your safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I’ll guide you back into the relaxed state if needed. Remember, RTT is a flexible and adaptive process designed to support you fully.

  • Yes, online hypnotherapy is completely safe when conducted by a qualified professional. You remain fully in control and aware throughout the session. I guide you into hypnosis in a way that feels comfortable and secure, ensuring you have a quiet, distraction-free space and know exactly what to expect beforehand.

    I’ll also make sure the session takes place in a quiet, private setting with a stable internet connection—and you should do the same to minimize interruptions.

    If the session is ever disrupted, there’s no need to worry. You won’t be ‘stuck’ in hypnosis. The moment your attention shifts, you’ll naturally return to full awareness. And when we reconnect, we can simply pick up where we left off without losing progress.

  • Absolutely! Online RTT hypnotherapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most people. Since hypnosis works by accessing the subconscious mind, it doesn’t require physical presence. Many clients find it more comfortable and convenient to do RTT from their own space. All you really need to do is get comfy, turn off distractions, and allow this time to be just for you.
