Before Your Session

  • Each RTT session lasts around 90 minutes. This is your dedicated space for breakthrough—a focused, powerful deep-dive that gets to the root of your issue and activates lasting change from the inside out.

  • You’ll receive simple steps to prepare—whether we’re working online or in person. (Pro tip: All you really need to do is get comfy, turn off distractions, and allow this time to be just for you.)

  • Before going into hypnosis, we’ll have an open conversation about what you’re struggling with and what you want to achieve, so I can tailor the session specifically to your needs and goals.

  • Your privacy and emotional safety are top priority. Everything you share in sessions or via email emains strictly confidential. This is your safe, private space to explore, process, and transform.

In our session, we’ll start with a relaxed, open conversation to understand your challenges and what you want to shift. From there, I’ll gently guide you into a deeply calm, focused state of hypnosis.

    You’ll be fully aware and in control the entire time.
    Hypnosis simply feels like a powerful meditative state—one where your subconscious mind becomes more open to insight and transformation. You won’t be asleep, and you definitely can’t be made to say or do anything you don’t want to. It’s safe, empowering, and all about working with your mind, not against it.

    We’ll uncover the root cause of your issue by revisiting scenes from your past—but don’t worry, you’re not reliving anything. You’re gaining clarity on how those moments created the beliefs that may be holding you back. If something feels too personal, you’re always welcome to share just the emotion—not the details. This is your transformation, and it moves at your pace.

    And if life happens during the session—a doorbell rings, nature calls, or the internet drops—we simply pick up right where we left off. And if, by chance, the session ends while you’re still in hypnosis, you’ll just wake up naturally—like from a peaceful nap.

During Your Session

    Think of your mind like a computer: your conscious mind is what you see on the screen, but your subconscious is where the real programming happens. That’s where we’ll work—uncovering the old "software" that’s been running in the background, shaping your patterns, habits, and decisions.

    In a safe, relaxing hypnotic state, we explore scenes from your past to decode the old programming. This is your aha moment—you connect the dots between your origin stories and current struggles. Most clients find it deeply revelational, empowering them to heal and move forward.

  • We don’t just uncover the root cause—we immediately begin the transformation. Once we’ve understand the original stories and how they cause your struggle today, we’ll dismantle outdated beliefs that have been holding you back, releasing the invisible weight you’ve been carrying.

    We’ll hardwire beneficial beliefs, habits, and thought patterns that support your goals and emotional wellbeing so that your subconscious mind works in your favor. In some sessions, we may also activate the body’s natural self-healing abilities to support physical symptoms. Many clients walk away already feeling lighter, as if something is opened up, lifted, or transformed.

After Your Session

  • After the session, you’ll receive a custom transformation audio recording to lock in the new neural pathways we’ve created. Think of it as your daily subconscious power boost—a sacred moment to reconnect with who you were always meant to be.

    This is where your work begins. The session gives you insight and understanding—but lasting change requires your active participation. Forming a new thought pattern is just like building any new habit: it takes consistent repetition over time. That’s why listening daily for at least 21 days is essential.

    The recording lasts about 15–20 minutes and can be listened to when waking up, before bed, or during a midday reset.

    You are responsible for this part of the journey—cementing the transformation and reinforcing the new beliefs.
    And you deserve for them to stick.

  • Most clients leave the session feeling empowered, lighter, as if a weight has been lifted. For some, the transformation is immediate. For others, it unfolds gradually—subtle shifts like choosing healthier foods or unexpected realizations like “Oh… I don’t get the headaches anymore.”
