GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Do You Hold Your Sessions Online?

    Yes, I conduct my coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) sessions are held online via Google Meet or in person at a private therapy room in Zurich, Switzerland. When you book the session, you can choose whether you prefer to meet in person or online.

    Coaching and RTT hypnotherapy sessions are just as effective online as in-person. It allows the clients to be in the comfort and privacy of their own space, and save travel time.

  • What’s Your Payment Policy?

    Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

    You can pay via: Credit card, Debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    If you need to pay in installments, just email me at info@yingyingsu.com and we’ll find a solution that works for you.

  • What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

    You can reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

  • What Language Are the Sessions In?

    All sessions are conducted in English by default.

    I also speak German and Chinese—so if that’s the language you prefer, let me know and we can adapt certain parts to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.

  • How Do I Prepare for a Session?

    After you book, I’ll send you an email with everything you need to feel fully prepared—whether it's a mindset coaching session or RTT.

    If we have an online session, please ensure that you are creating a dedicated time and space, such as being in a quiet, comfortable space, ensuring proper connectivity and headphones, and turning off the distractions.

  • Will Everything I Share Be Confidential?

    Yes. 100%.

    Your privacy and emotional safety are a top priority. Everything you share in sessions—or via email—remains strictly confidential.

    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful therapeutic method that helps you uncover and reprogram the subconscious beliefs that have been quietly running the show—so you can finally experience the breakthroughs you’ve been longing for.

    Developed by renowned British therapist Marisa Peer, a pioneer in modern therapeutic methods, RTT combines the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral techniques to create lasting change—often in just one to three sessions.

    Think of your mind like a computer: your conscious mind is what you see on the screen, but your subconscious is where the real programming happens. That’s where we’ll work—uncovering the old "software" that’s been running in the background, shaping your patterns, habits, and decisions.

  • What Can RTT Help With?

  • How Does an RTT Session Work?

    Each RTT session lasts around 90 minutes—and you’ll remain aware and in control the entire time. Here’s what to expect:

    An open conversation: Before guiding you into hypnosis, we’ll get clear on what you’re struggling with and what you want to achieve. This helps me craft the session around your specific desires.

    Uncover your origin story: In a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, we’ll explore the origin stories behind your patterns. This is your aha moment—as we connect the dots between your current struggles and the subconscious beliefs formed long ago.

    Discard unwanted beliefs: Once we uncover the root cause, the transformation begins—dismantling the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and releasing the invisible weight you’ve been carrying.

    Rewire your mind: We’ll install new, empowering beliefs and patterns that align with the life you desire. This vision gets imprinted into your mind with such vivid clarity, you won’t just imagine it—you’ll start embodying it.

    Reinforce the breakthrough: You’ll receive a personalized recording to listen to for 21 days—this helps the transformation stick. I’ll also check in 1–2 weeks afterward to support your integration.

  • How Soon Can I See Results with RTT?

    Everyone experiences transformation differently, but results usually show up in the following ways:

    Progressive – Change unfolds over days or weeks as new patterns settle in.

  • Is Hypnosis Safe? Will I Still Be in Control?

    Yes—absolutely. Hypnosis is not mind control.

    It’s simply a relaxed, trance-like state—similar to being fully immersed in a song or deep in meditation. You’ll be aware the entire time, and you’ll never say or do anything you don’t want to.
